Facelift
Take years off your appearance with one of the most common cosmetic enhancement procedures in the world. A facelift can smooth out wrinkles and make your face appear more taut and contoured. During facelift surgery, Dr. Malek will make small incisions around the hairline, by the ear/earlobe, or on the chin. Then, he will remove the excess skin and tighten the remaining skin. Facelift is typically performed on an outpatient basis, with most patients experiencing only minor discomfort.
Brow Lift
As we age, the appearance of lines and wrinkles around our eyebrows often give off a tired or "worried" appearance. A brow lift can elevate the eyebrows and diminish the lines and wrinkles on the forehead and between the eyes. This can result in a more youthful, less fatigued look. Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty, or surgery to reshape the nose, is one of the most common cosmetic facial procedures. Rhinoplasty can sculpt the nose to alter unwanted attributes (such as a bump), or change the appearance of the nostrils and the bridge. The surgery can involve reshaping the bone, cartilage, or soft tissue of the nose, not only delivering aesthetic benefits, but also improving breathing for those patients with deviated septums. Chemical Peel

The process involves the application of a chemical solution that causes the skin to shed its outer layers, bringing out a new and fresh surface. Chemical peels can be used to res urface either specific areas of the face or the entire face for a total rejuvenation.
Fillers
Dermal fillers are a quick way to erase wrinkles, folds, and other signs of natural aging. Dr. Abdollah Malek utilizes a variety of injectable fillers that can give you a youthful, refreshed appearance.
BOTOX® Cosmetic
Deep creases and wrinkles can be filled with this popular injectable cosmetic treatment that typically takes no more than 15 minutes to complete. BOTOX® Cosmetic is often used to revitalize areas such as the furrows between the brows and the creases in the forehead. BOTOX® works by inhibiting nerve impulses to the facial muscles, preventing them from contracting in a way that is aesthetically unpleasing. The result of this quick treatment is smooth skin that remains wrinkle-free for up to four months.
Restylane®
Restylane® can reduce folds and wrinkles and restore volume to the face. This dermal filler is made of hyaluronic acid, a natural human substance that contains no animal proteins, which reduces the risk of allergic reactions. Results are immediate and can last up to six months.

I imagine most people seek you out in a variety of urgencies, ask your advice on matters that are completely self-focused, have surgery, heal, and are happy with the results. There is probably not much communication 'til the next time they decide they would like your opinion about themselves.
Yes, you did a great job for me. But I want to focus on you. You answered all my questions. You did so clearly and, it appears, honestly. I had deadlines, time constraints, a limited window of opportunity, and despite that, you created realistic and accurate expectations.
While I must have seemed a little dense, asking similar questions from different angles, you answered them all. Though some questions I had were elementary, you never made me feel stupid for asking.
