DR. ABDOLLAH MALEK: In our practice, our goal is obtaining natural result. And natural result obviously depends upon the patient’s point of view. So in our consultation, we spend significant amount of time with our patients to discuss what do they think is a good looking face, or a good looking nose, or other part of their interest. And they obtain photographs and then we can both look at them, especially sometimes if their spouse or somebody that they care are available. And then we tell or make our procedures to what their expectations are so we will achieve a result that they feel is good and natural looking for them.
