DR. ABDOLLAH MALEK: Let’s talk about BOTOX and also tissue fillers. These two are a very exciting part of what we do in cosmetic surgery. Advantage is that it is very convenient to people’s lifestyle. It takes only a few minutes to do it. The pain is extremely minimal. And the result is very good. As a matter of fact, I always tell my patients that I receive BOTOX and I absolutely love it. So BOTOX is injected with minimal amount of ice pack in an area that the muscles have over activity including the area between the eyebrows in the middle of the forehead. We can use BOTOX in ladies that want the corner of the eyebrows to be elevated or as well as situations that someone has a lot of wrinkles or unacceptable wrinkles or heavy smile around the eyes, so to soften up those Crow feet area.
We combine BOTOX with tissue fillers, a variety of component, with a variety of capabilities to fill up sometimes in laser labial area or malar unit areas in the corner of the lips. And there are also sometimes deep wrinkles in the mid forehead areas. And the combination is absolutely wonderful. Because it is very conducive to people’s lifestyle, the demand of that is continuously increasing.
In our facilities, the BOTOX and tissue fillers are exclusively given by the physicians. And this improves our quality and also makes sure that everybody gets the best result that they can get.
